Sophomore Event Increases Participation, Awareness Fargo, ND- Each July Fargo, North Dakota transforms into THE epicenter of American wrestling. Coaches, officials, and the nation’s best wrestlers come together for what has become a celebration of wrestling each summer. For the second year in a row, the Beach Wrestling Tour of America has been part of the “Fargo Experience”, with turnout and interest increasing substantially from year one. This year’s showcase kicked off on Friday night with athletes from the local North Dakota teams and a smattering of other states competing in 8U-14U and Senior/ Masters division competition. Tech Team wrestling club was the star of the show, with twenty athletes competing. 16U and Junior women combined for competition on Sunday afternoon with triple the number of entries from last years event inaugural event.
