Tour of America Heads to Norfolk for a Unique Weekend of Wrestling FUN! Ocean View Pier, VA- There are beach wrestling events, and there are beach wrestling X-travaganza! VAWA beach wrestling director Frank Lipoli believes everyone should have a parade, and he’s bringing his enthusiasm for “action-packed-action” to life in his home community of Ocean View. The 1st Annual Joe Boone Beach Wrestling X-Travaganza (Aug. 25-26-27) will be the largest beach event in Virginia to date. Weekly match ups have been underway every Wednesday since June 21st at the Virginia Beach field house, and recently another offering of match ups has popped up on Mondays in Bockroe Beach.
