Beach Nationals Early Registration is OPEN!!

Carolina Beach To Host 2023 Nationals- World Team Spots Up For Grabs Sand Sun and FUN return to the Carolina Coast in May!! The U.S. Marine Corps Beach Wrestling National Championships return to Carolina Beach, N.C., on May 19-20. This will be the ninth time that Carolina Beach has hosted the U.S. Beach Nationals, the most of any city. Early registration for the event is open through May 12th. Visit the event page to register today! This is the annual national championships for Beach Wrestling, which is an associated style within USA Wrestling and United World Wrestling. The tournament will be once again be held on the popular public beach in Carolina Beach, right next to the boardwalk. CA Kicks off ’23 Beach Season!

Beach Wrestling is BACK! Pacifica, CA– The opening tournament of the 2023 Beach Wrestling seasonwas held on April 2, 2023 at Pacifica State Beach, Pacifica,California. Nearly 150 wrestlers participated in the first event of the ’23 season. U8, U10, U12, U14,U16, Jr Boys, Jr Girls, and Open Men divisions were contested. Tour of America Set To Expand

Popularity of Beach Wrestling Leads to Expansion of Series! The Inaugural USA Beach Wrestling Tour of America was a huge success last season! Eleven stops from Carolina to California helped introduce wrestlers from across the nation to this exciting emerging style of wrestling. This season the Tour will return to most of the original stops, but additional stops are in the works as more locations clamor for a chance to bring the excitement of beach wrestling to their area. Six of the original tour stops have already been confirmed, including: US Beach Nationals in Carolina Beach,NC, Fargo Beach Nationals in Fargo, ND, KY Beach Open in Louisville, KY, Buckeye Beach Bash in Loveland,Ohio, The Kraken Beach Wrestling Championships in Rathbun Lake, Iowa, and Midwest Beach Nationals in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. Beach Wrestling World Series 2023 Announced!!

First Two Stops in Argentina and Singapore To Determine ANOC World Game Participants in BALI! In exactly two months, the 2023 Beach Wrestling World Series will return for its fourth season, expanding its reach with first ever event in Asia and a return to South America. Already the fastest growing style on the United World Wrestling (UWW) calendar, beach wrestling gets underway in a brand new location as the season opener takes place in Buenos Aires, Argentina on the 7th-8th May, following on from the conclusion of Wrestling’s Senior Pan-American Championships, a first return to the continent for the World Series since the inaugural season in 2019. KY Beach Wrestling is a Big Hit in Louisville!

The first every Beach wrestling event in the Bluegrass State was a smash hit with participants from seven states! The field included numerous Kentucky state and regional champions, multiple jiujitsu black belts , and several seasoned collegiate athletes . All total, approximately sixty five participants came out to experience the first of its kind event in Kentucky. Organizers brought great music, and beautiful weather , as well as prize money for the senior winners, a first for the Tour of America this season. Two Time state champion Devon Herron of North Hardin High School scored an impressive win in the finals of the senior middleweight division in one of the many exciting matches that took place throughout the day.
