The United States is looking to field its largest team ever for a Beach Wrestling World Championships,a and there are still a couple of days to register for the remaining unclaimed slots for the event. The event is a self-funded trip and requires a passport to travel to Romania. The deadline to register through USA Wrestling is July 26. The slots that are currently open (as of 7/26) are:
U17 Men: 50kg: 2 spots, 60kg: 2 spots, 70kg: 3 spots, 80kg: 2 spots
U17 Women: 40kg: 3 spots, 50kg: 3 spots, 60kg: 2 spots, 70kg: 3 spots
U20 Men: 70kg: 2 spots, 80kg: spots, 90kg: 3 spots, Over 90kg: 3 spots
U20 Women: 50kg: 3 spots, 60kg: FILLED 70kg: 2 spots, Over 70kg: 1 spot
