6 Major Stops Highlight Huge Month of Beach Action
A Beach Near YOU- The 2025 USA Beach Wrestling Tour of America kicked off in May with the US Beach Nationals in Carolina Beach, followed by June and July stops in North Carolina, Washington, Iowa, and North Dakota .
Now as the heat of August settles across the country, so too do a host of Tour stops sure to heat up the sand at each location!
August kicks off this weekend with Iconic stops at the Kentucky Beach Open (Louisville, KY) as well as Midwest Beach Nationals at Sunrise Beach (Lake of the Ozarks, MO). Both events bost strong followings and unique settings, including prize money AND a first ever dual championship in Kentucky.
August 16th all eyes turn to Huntington Beach, California for the 2nd USA National Qualifying event of the season at California Beach Nationals! California leads the nation in the number of events and competitors, and this year’s Huntington Beach event is sure to attract the best from all across the country!
August 23 weekend will see a trio of events including the Texas Beach Championships (Corpus Christi, TX) , The Joe Boone Extravaganza (Norfolk, VA) , and the Chicago Day at the Beach (Chicago, IL)
In addition to these Tour of America Series stops, there are a number of other local USA beach wrestling events on tap in exciting locations such as Galveston, Tx, North Bend, OR, Long Beach, WA, Dawsonville, GA, Stillwater, OK, and Ocean Shores, WA.
