Beach Wrestling is the hottest, fastest growing style of wrestling in the world! It is a core sport for the ANOC World Games in 2023, and 2025. The UWW Beach Wrestling World Series is growing in popularity and interest. And Beach Wrestling is being widely talked about as a possible sport for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
It requires very little equipment or special uniforms. Its fast- paced. Its exciting. Anyone can do it. Competing in the sand expands your wrestling skill set and challenges wrestlers to think in new ways. The sport is great training for anyone involved in other “combat” sports including football, BJJ, MMA, etc. Its also fun for “weekend warriors” who still want to wrestle, but would also like to be hanging out with friends at the beach. They love the quick matches and relative low impact on the body compared to other styles of wrestling.

The Beach Wrestling Tour of America is a series of USA Sanctioned Beach Wrestling Tournaments where athletes of all ages earn points towards the Tour of America Rankings. The Series kicks off with the US Beach Nationals in Carolina, Beach, NC, and will conclude for 2022 at Baker Beach in California! All total there will be 10 events part of the 2022 Tour!
